shop is Melissa the stone carver. She toils away the hours
chipping at stone to reproduce images from a photograph. The
finished product looks like something that has been etched
into the stone using a photographic process. But it hasn't.
It is all done by hand using a sharp pointed chisel.
These images make great gifts for Mothers Day, Birthdays or
even Christmas. Someone should tell Michael Jordan, I am
sure that his mother would love to have one of these images
on her dressing table.
The images last a lifetime and even beyond. One of my morbid
friends is going to ask to have hers mounted on her
headstone so that others can enjoy her beauty hundreds of
